Magnetic Flow Meter
Magnetic flow meter is a kind of instrument which measures the flow of conductive fluid according to the electromotive force induced when conductive fluid passes through an external magnetic field by applying the principle of electromagnetic induction. ATO can offer electromagnetic meters with DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN50, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200 nominal diameter. Supply voltage 110V AC, 220V AC or 24V DC can be chosen. Magnetic flow meter widely used in food, pharmaceuticals and steel. ATO supplier in China can also provide customized services.
Features:
- The measurement of the electromagnetic flow meter is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity. Same thing with liquid turbine flow meter.
- There is no obstructing flow part in the measurement tube, no pressure loss, and the requirement of straight pipe section is low. It has unique adaptability for grout measurement.
- The converter adopts novel excitation mode, low power consumption, zero stability and high accuracy. All of our magnetic flow meters have these functions.
- The accuracy of magnetic flow meter is not affected by fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity changes, and the measurement accuracy is high.
